What gets on your nerves about the HF?

Just a thought.

 

Pissing and moaning about insignificant bullshit, forum drama, popularity contests.. don't get on my nerves, but they are things I avoid and at.

 

The only thing that annoys me is snobs and assholes.

Especially snobs and assholes that call you out for being a snob because they were being a snob in the first place and you called them out for it.

We all do it, it is just a minor annoyance.

 

The few people who use being liberal, open minded and hippie as an excuse not to take care of their children and raise them in a responsible way. The same thing bothers me when I am in an in person hippie community/setting too though.

 

Oh yes, and this one, who has never had children, yet speaks as if she is an authority on parenthood and life in general.

 

I don't look down on you. I think you're cool.

Now that you're posting in RT you're going to get it double bad. Forget about them.

 

Who in these forums do you know personally to say they don't take care of their children or raise them responsibly? Or are you just assuming?

 

*uhummm* The state of california thought I was. That's why I taiuht parenting classes. Also, the state of nevada thought I was too, I did in home therapy. But now that you think I'm not, I will make sure I never teach parenting classes or do in home family therapy again.

Okay, I didn't realize were educated on the subject, I apologize. I still get the feeling that you make outrageous assumptions about people where you have no right. Please don't respond with "I don't take advice from somebody that makes bad choices in life" because that would prove my point.

No, i know personally. there's been two situations where I had to call CPS because I was a mandated reporter at the time and the threads clearly indicated there was abuse going on. One time it was true and the other time it was not. I let both posters know I was calling CPS before I called and I can;t say who they were. People on here pretty much know who one of them is, as it was public , the poster made it that way.

 

I also had to call CPS about ongoing statutory rape from here. The sight was investigated and I of course sent Skip a message letting him know why and what was goign on. I left my job before that case came to a close, so I don't know what happened.

 

it's fine. i wasn't kidding, i get really crazy about two days out of the month and the other days am a pretty mellow person. I don;t know you enough to know if you made bad choices. I am sorry if I said that to you.
i also completley agree with the outrageous assumtiosn thing, but also people don't know there's a lot of 'in person' history on here. I know a lot of shit about a lot of people, that I would never bring to light in public, but it still changes makes my opinion and level of tolerance for them.

 

If that is truly the case, then I think it is okay to hold such opinions.

 

some people take it too seriously. it`s not something that gets on my nerves,but i don`t get it.
