VT has already allowed mariages, but only through court action. It is now the first state to allow it through legislative. WOO!... BTW Iowa also has started allowing marriages, through court action. The Majority leader for the Iowa Legislature has said that they will not fight the issue. Way to go, 2 major actions in 2 states in one week. If only Alaska could pull something like this off, I guess I will keep dreaming. Once Palin is out of the way though... ha.
