Lol. I looked this one up. It is unlikely our healthcare system would consider a penis enlargement...because most people - who wish to have one - actually fall in the category of "normal."
But, if indeed you did have a micro-penis...the NHS would consider an operation, based on not only your physical well being but your mental well being. It is the same as a breast enlargement on the NHS.

The next review for this treatment - by the NHS - is 28/08/2010..so it looks like i'll have to wait a little longer - just kidding, btw.

 

You are right Mr. Rat, Obama says it as plain as day...he wants to eliminate the private coverage over time. So, why should we hand over our freedom to control our life to some government bureaucrat?

If he truly wants to cover someone, just give that person a voucher to buy a plan from Aetna or Blue Cross or some existing company and have congress pass legislation wherein those that cannot get covered due to existing coverages are placed in a pool that must be covered by all carriers equally. But I fear as you do, that getting everyone covered is not what he really wants. There is something else going on here.
