A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after he argued that he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his legitimacy for office.

His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.

"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"

She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

A hearing on the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, an engineer who told WND he wants to serve his country in Afghanistan, was scheduled for July 16 at 9:30 a.m.

Who cares? The only people this even matters to are people who wanna throw Obama out of office or distract everyone from the real problems facing us today. I mean, even if he isn't from the US, personally I think the natural-born law in the constitution is pointless by todays standards. It was implimented at a time when we actually had something to fear from non-natural born people. It was so somebody who was from another country, say Britain, who lived in the US, couldn't run for President, dissolve the government and give us to their home country. But it's a different world than it was in the 1780s. Hell, the only good thing about it is that Arnold the Governator can never be President.

While I totally support Freedom of Speech and free thought, I think the solider questioning Obama's birth certificate is being just a little silly and trying to stir the pot. Yeah, he shouldn't have had that happen to him, but in today's world, you can't be terribly surprised.
Fact is, Obama was born here. Take off your tinfoil hats, people.
