If you are, do drunk people bother you?

Do you avoid bars?

I don't drink a lot at all at the moment. Do I count?

I work at a bar. Drunk people annoy me sometimes... Same questions, again and again. :frown:

Most nights I am at work or just coming home from uni.

Nope. Just curious to be honest.

 

I'm not a big drinker,but when I do,I limit myself to 2 drinks.2 and then I'm through.I get a nice little buzz and that's enough for me.Happy drunks do not annoy me,if someone acts obnoxious that's a different story.

I prefer to abstain than to have alcohol these days.

 

My bf is like this. He doesn't do much. Like, at all. Once a week if he's lucky, he goes bowling with some guy he doesn't even consider a friend. Then he comes here and plays video games with his old college buddies. He has come to the bar with me and my friends, but he usually stays to himself and watches for people that might try something on me...
He'd make a great bouncer.

Do you still go out as much/enjoy nights in bars as much or has your social life changed too?

 

Oh in that case, I am one of those people!

Well,..... although it needs to be taken into account that I am only 15

But I doubt I will ever drink....mostly because I come from a long line of alcoholics.
Like my Ma, for instance......she is surely the reason I find *most* drunk people so repulsive, it reminds me of this horrible ugly stare she keeps on her face after drinking her daily dose of..well, about 20 oz. of vodka.
And the crying and babbling. Anything that reminds me of that, I cannot stand!

So no, (of course) I do not drink,
and yes, drunken people annoy the hell out of me (especially guys at subway, drunk off their asses, and asking me for a 'birthday hug')

 

I don't have the same kind of money I once had for alcohol - so it's cut back drastically.

However I went away this summer to Quebec and picked up the habit of beer drinking myself into happiness twice a week. I got smashed twice this summer. But other than that I typically just have a couple and stop.

It has changed my habits of going out. I go out to clubs far, far less than I used to. I stick to pubs now and get up early the next day.

 

I went teetotal for 6 months when I was in India.

There was one time I had a small drink of some whisky when I was in Goa, and I got so fucking pissed on it! I was staggering home on a mouthful!
