yea you just have to do it... eveyones experience with it is different.. but defintly gather up a freind or 2 whos interested in it and just go for it. i say take 1.5 - 2 tabs and just let yourself go.
look at other threads titled like 'trip report' or 'what acids like' but yeah take 2 if you want to trip and take it with 2-3 other friends...have music and go outside...
Take 2-3 hits, and go to the beach or mountains. Clear your mind of expectations and desires. Read trip reports to get comfortable and then forget them. Enjoy and be safe.
I would say the beach. Lots of open space, minimal threat factors. Find a beach that's not so populous or crowded (same thing?). Just get some guaranteed personal space, that's all.
I don't know, in the Smoky Mountains, along Little River Trail, on the day Michael Jackson happened to die, I was never more alive. But the beach is amazing also. You win nature!
Get a couple good friends and go outside (trees are amaaazing). I'd recommend dropping in the afternoon so you get to experience a day and night trip all in one.
Do as much reading up as you can, do not go into it with no idea what to expect. Trust me when I say you will have no idea what to expect lol, I don't think anyone does until it happens, but you should still know basically what it entails. I've well lost count of how many times I've tripped and I still don't know what to expect going into a trip, it's just not that kind of drug. Trip reports are very helpful imo, go over to erowid and check some out. Otherwise like everyone else has said I'd suggest being outside, but have a safe place you can go to in case you feel the need. A sober sitter is also, I'd say, a must for a first timer, or at least another buddy tripping w/ya. Unless you know it to be pretty weak I also would not suggest more than 2 for a first timer. I wanna do acid with a friend for the first time. But i always gotta be home by 11 at night. So would i be able to do it, and by around 10:30, be in the same state of mind as if i never took it? cause i dont wanna act weird when i go home. I was thinking I'd do one maybe one and a half hits at around 12 and chill with my friend and go home at 10:30. Think that would work out good?
you will never be the same after doing acid, but you might be able to pretend youre sober even during the peak of 1.5 hits. so yeah, youll be fine.
oh also remember this shit can take anywhere from 8-12 hours, so plan your day accordingly i say for a first timeer, stay away from sober/corowded areas of ppl (unless itslike some concert where everyone is trippin ) but yeah sober ppl/crowds always tweak my shit, no fun
i used to hate sober fucks that used to mess with my e highs before..i remeber sitting on a bench on some dude started shaking disturbinly infront of me on purpose..Needless to say it gave me the jeepers...I soon started to ask myself why would i hang out with people who were like that, as in giving me the jeepers...A case of the jeepers is a hard thing to shake man thats why if i trip on e, iam going to be with nobody...I dont want to get a tripped out high
^^right, and you have to worry about what they want and you have to agree, and reaching an agreement is kinda lame when your frizzle frying
I never had to worry about what they wanted, i was only worried after i was boxed in by them lol,or it felt like it...And after the dude doing some type of muscle giration in front of me, i had to call it quits...Reaching a agreement on philosphy is impossible, reaching a agreement about something else i would find easy.
i remember i got picked up by my mom about 5 hours into my first trip, i said hi then started talking to my friend and forgot she was there. but 10 hours sounds like enough to be relatively sober. and expect muscle relaxation to a point where you have to concentrate to keep you mouth closed.
