how much hash oil do you think an ounce of swag might yield? im having trouble finding nuggz around here and i'm considering just making hash oil. what would be the best choice? Wait a lil while for some decent nugz or buy an ounce of swag and make oil?
it will be the same amount really, just not as good, iv made oil just from vaporized buds and stems and it was some decent oil, i had about two oz of vaporized bud and a oz of stems with a little bud in it
Its all proportional to the amount of THC in the bud. The more THC the higher quality the oil will be. Its not really a question of how much but how potent.
the vap oil is misleading. if you look at the vap buds there is a brown powdery residue in it, its not trichs, its just semi burned plant matter. its the same size as trichs and is transfered into your oil. so you are misled into thinking you have more oil then you really do, but most of it is just caked up burnt residue. if you use swag your probably going to get less then a gram of oil pulled out of an oz if you make bho. probably 2 or 3 if you make an alchohol extraction but some of that weight is going to be unevaporated iso.
