what i'm talking about isn't a utopia. society just doesn't function correctly without a spiritual platform. real advancement means knowing god. speculative knowledge will bring us nowhere, transcendental knowledge is the only real truth. material wealth automatically follows spiritual wealth. in our present material consciousness, we are attached to the sensual material conception of life, but this conception can be removed at once by devotional service to the divine. if we adopt the principles of devotional service, we can become transcendental to the material conceptions of life and be liberated from modes of goodness, passion, and ignorance, even in the midst of various material engagements. it our purpose, to serve. when we fall away from that we fall away from truth.
