Why are there no new books of the Bible?

    What I think is that in God's time, 2000 years really isn't that long..and everything that is needed is in there now..plus, no one would believe it if someone said that God inspired them to write a book for the bible..God knows that, so he shut down the writing department.

    That is true..We are living in Revelations right now..very near the end of the book..
