i believe its some type of hollowed out gourd and a specialized straw or something.

but its just how it's traditionally served, i'm pretty sure you can drink it however you want

do jagerbombs count? I just like tea, but an apple in the morning is supposed to give you more energy than a cup of coffee i guess. That is a healthy alternative if your looking for one. i cant really handle energy drinks my body gets to shaky for me
