Hey guys! I have a question about food and health and ect. I don't really like eating because it makes me feel all 'droopy, ooopy, and pooopy'. I want to lsot weight and stuff and i want to be in the shamany mode and not eat so i think clearer and don't feel like crap. But at first, if you don't eat much ( sorry, to be clear, i don't mean anorexic, just not eating much) you get all droopy, lousy, apathetic. it sucks. beside caffeine or amphetamines does anyone have any secret recipes to mantain balance but still eat very little?
i don't, but is it possible that you can find something in between the extremes of eating hardly anything to eating food that makes you feel crappy? maybe you could try researching different "diets" - not as in weight loss diets - and nutrients to find out why things haven't been working for you?
Thanks dazed. I actually figured a thing or two out already. but, since you here , i know this is probably a stupid question, but how do you chage the 'member' to something custom like you have?
eating very little is not healthy at all.. if you are a guy.. you should be eating between 1800-2200 cals a day.. depending on how active your lifestyle is... if you are a woman.. between 1600-2000.... and bottom line.. you should never eat below 1500 cals a day.. 1400 is the bare minimum someone in a coma should be consuming
also depending on what you are eating is gonna make you feel sluggish.. high caffeine consumption is gonna make you crash throughout the day.. and too much sugar will do the same... whole grains and fruits are good sources of carbs that will keep you energized throughout the day..
I think there's no thing as such that you only eat in smaller amounts but got all the nutrients that your body needs. You have to eat according to your body proportion. If you want to slim down, you can just eat fruits and vegetables. It won't make you fat even if you eat large amounts of it
If you're in a position that most of us envy by not being very impressed by food than a minimal and healthful diet shouldn't be much of a hassle. Especially these days. Fruits and veggies and nuts (not peanuts), just not consistantly the same ones. Have you considered testing out a diet like veganism or raw foods. You could do a juice fast but, before I'm accused of giving irresponsible advice, that's not a lifestyle change - it's just a temporary thing and you should read up on it first. I felt a little more alive after mine. Less, "droopy, poopy".
