50 mg of Vicodin and barely no effect

this is what I took, plus on top of that a Tylenol 3 (30mg codeine)

i rarely take opiates, I chewed them up thoroughly, yet all i feel is a slight buzz, any way to increase to at least a nod like if i took a 30 of oxycodone?

also took 1mg of ativan whilst dosing it all, their all real i just dont get it

 

all I can say is, that shit happens bro. sorry it happened to you. hydrocodone is one of the most disappointing painkillers ever. The same thing has happened to me before as well.

 

I have a darvocet as well, i have no experience whatsoever with them, anychance that'll increase it? not necessarly the euphoria, but just the itches and possibly a slight nod? lol

edit: also threw in 100 or so milligrams of dextromethorphan, since i know it potentiates it a bit.

but damn this is dissappointing.

i don't get it, a year ago, i could take 20mg and be nodding out, now it feels as if i took 2.5mg of it, sad, just sad. i wish i could find some oxycodone but where im at IMPOSSIBLE. And only place i know where to order from well lets just say i have better things to spend money on wish i had a place i didnt have to buy in quanitiy

 

well the darvocet definatly helped, as ell as 100ng of DXM now im definatly feeling it, crosseyed like mahfuckah! haha


and thanks kil0, never knew how shitty hydro was.. whenever i actually do use opiates, its almost always oxycodone, and last time i used vicoden it was nearly identical, bubt this is so much wearker. i swear a yar ago when i was perscribed vics they worked like percs but now they work like tylenol. shity shit hit

 

that's really weird... kil0 is that something that tends to happen after long term use of opiates?

because i actually like vicodin a lot. 15mg with a blunt was SO euphoric, and i've taken 25mg since then and i've liked it every time. but i almost never have access to opiates so that might be why.

i actually like the hydro high more than i liked the oxy high.

 

I only had one good hydro buzz, when I took 15, 7 mgs at once.. after a cwe. My legs felt like they was flying..

 

not even after long term use, this happened to me in my early early days of opiate use. I had done 200mg of tramadol a week before and that actually got me high, so you can guess what my tolerance was. then like a week n a half later, I took 8 5mg vikes and smoked a lot of weed. I felt the weed, but the vicodin had zero effect. about to weeks later from that date I finally got roxi30s, and one 30 had me higher than I've prolly ever been.

My theory is that hydro is a weird opiate that can be hit-or-miss with some people.

I'm so glad that they all work for me I took 180mg of codeine tonight and that got me high. I hadn't done opiates for like 7 months until now... that was quite a break!

 

Ive had this happen to me occasionally. I snorted a 60mg MS Contin (I know, thats a waste, but I did 2 15s before and that worked) to little effect, so I though taking the rest of the 750s I had might help... 5 later, and 100mgs of Benydryl, I hardly felt anything. Yet a month or so later I took 5 500mg Vicodins and was rather high

 

I've had strange, no reactions to vicodin as well. I love opiates but with no tolerance I took 30 mg of hydro and it didn't do anything but make me a little drowsy. Sometimes I feel like hydro lacks the euphoria that other opiates have.

 

I dunno this is weird... I get high off of every opiate (except tramadol). For me I actually follow the hierarchy of opiates...

oxymorphone (N/A)
heroin (N/A)

Ya no shit,I find it weird to. I have been doing opiates for 10yrs. and never had any problems getting high. Shit even after all these years I can still get a decent buzz of 30mgs of Norco. It doesn't waste me but still get nice affects from it.
I think you guys are either taking them on a full stomach or don't know what a buzz feels like. Even a subtle one..

Most people seem to think hydromorph is more euphoric than heroin. And I dont know to much about oxymorph

 

Hydro is sooo weak compared to oxy. Stick to the oxy.
