camping in california's sierra nevada mountians

huge rocks like these ones carving holes into the river bed

 

that wouldnt by chance be the yuba river would it?

i spent a summer in the grass valley, nevada city area and we used to go to the south fork of the yuba river all the time.

i remember it looking just like that..

 

and one of me.. filthy and tired..

 

i'll have to look up the name of this place... i have no clue what it was...

 

lol, it probably aint but ya never know. pretty pictures. looks like it was a good time..

nope thats not the yuba river possibly the american river.. its in the general area though.

i had a great summer there..

it was all dirt where we camped... and almost no wind.. so i could have put a tent on the rocks
