Is it common to post a thread and have it pulled without so much as a PM from an Admin or Moderator as to why??? Really? Kind of rude guys!

I Admin and Mod on other boards and there is just no reason to do that. I just asked a question - if you don't want to answer it - fine - but dang, at least tell me why you pulled my thread

Well, if it happens to this thread and you don't get a message....... Then yeah I'd say it's common.

But in all honesty, yes. It's very common on this site.

Yes its common. It's also common to get banned without notice or explanation because its such a large site and so difficult to manage.

You should be careful about questioning certain actions done by the mods or they can ban you

I am going to close this thread rather than delete it so that everyone can see this message.

Yes, it is common to have off-topic threads or threads in violation of forum guidelines deleted without notice. as BD said, this is a big site and it takes a lot of work to keep it up, so learn the guidelines, don't violate them, and theoretically you shouldn't have any problems.

if you have a question, send a PM to a mod or an admin. pretty simple and a lot less fuss than off-topic thread after off-topic thread for us to delete.
