Well i am extremely depressed

2 days agao, i was trying to get away from a cop that turned around to my direction, it was about 3-4 in the morning, and i was not about to get pulled over, so my friend was like go to this backroad, and i mashed up it going 40-50 but my car is real low to the ground, and it was a gay road with lots of bumps and potholes so it smahsed the shit out of the bottom of the car, oil leaking everywhere, and it makes a loud ticking noise and the engine smokes. Its an audi so i am fucked it will prolly be like 2gs to repair which i don't have. So i guess i'm not a driver anymore, even though drivings my favorite thing. Looks like not only that, but i can't go out and have fun anymore looks like ill be stuck at home partying with you guys

If you REALLY love driving, you will fix it yourself. Why were you trying to get away from the cops anyways, just out of curiosity? Don't worry I won't judge. But I also love driving and whenever my Olds Cutlass Supreme would break down, I would just fix it. Even though I didn't know what I was doing sometimes, I would just learn and go from there.
Although I bet parts are going to be expensive as shit for an Audi, at least save on the labour. Sounds like all you need is a new oil pan, Which sometimes isn't that hard to fix.

Yeah i live in the middle of the forest a couple miles away from town. I was trying to get away from the cop because i was going kinda fast and i had some beers earlier on. I was not about to get a dui. Yeah i want to try fixing cars myself but i screwed up by trying to drive a few miles with hardly any oil, now i have to take it to the shop for them to check the engine out to see how much i messed it up. I really am worried about the engine i think it might be ok though.

1. you are not depressed. and don't actually know what depression is if you think that's an adequate use of the word. use your vocabulary. that's what it is there for.

2. your friends are almost always idiots

3. don't drive buzzed. it's stupid. either your judgment was fucked or you have shit judgment in the first place.

4. this is not a men's issue. this is an "I fucked up" issue.

 

audi's are expensive to fix on anything. unless you're a german mechanic, you're taking that thing in and paying so much more than an american car

bytch i don't care what anyone thinks. Like i said i had a few beers earlier on, its not like i was still buzzin i just had alcohol in my system so i diddn't want to risk it. I could probably drive perfect going the speed limit drunk as fuck if i wanted to. I mean ive tried it moderately drunk it was a peice of cake. I don't really try to put myself in that situation but yeah. The challenging thing to drive on is shrooms. Everything is all moving around and so is the road but you gottah stick to the road lol.

 

You shouldn't have a license dude. A car is not a toy to use when your all fucked up on alcohol or shrooms. You obviously aren't a good driver if your denting oil pans bad enough to lose oil and still running the car. Chill out on the drinking and driving, drive with some sense before you kill someone. It ain't cool to get a DUI. Next time park your ride and call a limo, it's cheaper than that repair bill your getting ready to pay. And a DUI can cost upwards of $4,000 that's a whole lot of limo rides and you can get wasted in a limo and chicks won't think your a stupid drunk driver either. - Dale

 

I used to go as fast as i could handle on lsd. I'm a good driver on that. Its definately the best way to drive as long as theres good music and you smoked alot of weed also. I pretty much stopped taking acid but some of my best memories are when i was driving on it. When i do driving for fun, its usually on roads that are pretty much secluded from civilization, i live in the mountains where you don't just see random people walking around these roads, and theres very few cars. So yeah i'm not endangering anybody but me so you guys can stop worrying. The only thing i worry about is the people that drive crazy and don't know what they're doing. I am always aware of the situation at hand.

 

I bought a '99 A41.8T for 2 grand. I have to put 1.5 grand into maintenance (AC, 2 windows, and sound system broke the day I got it, worked for 5 mins then caput). These old audis are cheap to buy but fucking hell to fix. Ever try repairing a euro car by yourself?

Nah i'm getting it fixed. Its just depressing that i can't drive right now.
Yeah i had done that road plenty of times, (not offroad lol) and i was very well aware that i might mess up my car. But i still did it because i diddn't want to get pulled over i hate cops so yeah it's worth it. I was very well aware that nobody was getting hurt either.

Seriously, the dismissiveness (real or made up word?) of it all really pisses me off. When you're on the road you're responsible for more than just your own life.

 

on the plus side, with all those back roads theres usually a lot of trees. perhaps you will be kind enough to wrap yourself around one? for posterity of course.
