lately, i've been going barefoot in more places.
but do you know how i could potentially stop my feet from blistering and such?
my feet are okay now, but how do i keep them that way?

There are these shoes you can buy for 60 dollars that are in the shape of feet. They feel exactly like you're barefoot. No idea what they're called though.

No matter, your feet may blister for a while as it builds up calluses. When/if they blister, keep yer feets clean and wear shoes till the blisters are healed. Use a skin cream on yer soles before bed.

Work through the pain, when I was a kid I used to run around the neighbourhood never wearing shoes because they were pretty unnessicsary and up until when I was eleven or so when I moved into a more suburban area and started wearing shoes I had some pretty thick calluses on my heels and balls of my feet. I lost those until about three months ago when I found some pretty baddass buffallo sandals and those seemed to restore the calluses without pain/blisters I wore em all the time though.

I would recommend them they're ten bucks, natural (leather), form fit to your feet, and although they tear apart when you get them to a certain point they're pretty durable and last, and if they don't who gives they're ten bucks!

Sorry if my punctuation and general grammer is off I'm pretty scatterbrained this time of night.

Interesting thought.....I remember back in the day we learned that that the VC made sandals from old tires....and we brought the idea to the states......give that a try...you can probably find some behind an auto repair shop somewhere just longing to be recycled! You will have some gnarly feet gear...one of a kind!! :)
