When i first moved to michigan, a few years back i lived in these old apartments. Weird stuff would happen from time to time like I'd hear my name being called and I'd ask if anyone was calling and my family would look at me like i was crazy. There was this one time my mom came in to say goodnight, she left and didnt close the door so i called her to close it but she didnt come and like a minute later this blue shape...it was like light...the kind of light you see when you close your eyes...it was in the shape of a person appeared in my doorway and the door closed. Then another time I woke up one morning and weirdly it was literally seconds before the alarm went off and i couldn't move, it was like my mind was awake but my body wasn't...so i was just frozen there with my eyes open...eventually i just went to sleep ohh one more, i was in the storage room one day and i was going through this box with old stuff and i picked up this furby and when i did it started moving and talking like furbys do but i looked under it and it had no batteries!!! lol ok im done, just wanted to share ;]
some electronics have capacitors, which can store a charge for a long time. Possible hitting the switch, opened the gate to the cap and let the juice out made it work. BOO..
it's called sleep paralysis, it's completely normal. here's a wiki article on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis
Sleep paralysis is a mental state this is true. However, it can also be induced by ghosts. I had sleep paralysis for a while, eventuall i saw a pattern and i learnt how to fight off the paralysis, with ease. One time, the time i learnt how to fight it off, a ghost appeared to me in a dream in the shape of a nice girl i knew. I felt something was wrong and I left the dream. However, what happened next shocked me. In between from coming from dream state to waking state, I saw the girl take the shape of a black ball of energy, then it came to the side of my head and i heard these whispers....eventually i did this sort of wierd power up type thing that i cant really explain and i can still do and the girl left. She came back a few times more in my dreams but I could fight her off, with that trick i learnt. I havent gotten paralysis in since the last time, when she realized i was capable of doing what i wanted.
BearFeet - I love you hair and the attitude you seem to have is very attractive. Lol Hey honestly speaking thats all. On a more interesting note, considering that were half way across the world from each other - what does that 'knowing your nothing' mean? It sounds like some asian philosophy, Taoism by chance? My idea of knowing that you are nothing - would relate to pride or shame in some way. I believe pride and shame are mainly emotions that motivate a specific actions. Pride is an emotion that motivates you to find new ways, to keep things as they are. Shame is an emotion that gets you to find ways to change things. Shame is like a feeling of knowing something is wrong, but not really knowing what to do about it, besides the simple fact that you better find a way.
There's actual science behind hearing your name being called, and a huge percentage of people who experience it. I'll post an article if I can find it. The blue shape sounds like the afterimage of an illumination, the sleep paralysis sounds like sleep paralysis, and the furby sounds like a poltergeist that wants you dead.
I lived in an old apt in Chicago that I couldn't be in alone. It got very creepy, esp if watching TV. One of my roomies became a heroin addict and disappeared. He left me a good record collection tho.
sleep paralysis is not that. Science bullshit label. my old appt i just moved out of is haunted. Many people say it has a strange vibe. We did a lot of drugs there, a mind warped place. I had sleep paralysis there and saw a dark figure walking around my bed. Many other times i would trip the fuck out things would get very strange. Burners would turn themselves on, doors and cabinets would always be open when entering the kitchen. people felt physically something was "attacking" them. happy to be out of there.
