5-MeO-DMT to be placed in Schedule I (in the US)

Dmt is everywhere.. they just dont know..

 

What next a ban on material containing DMT?

 

I'm not experienced in the ways of DMT, so correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't 5-MeO-DMT naturally occuring in the Colorado River Toad?


So...

A.) Doesn't that make is a natural drug rather than a synthetic drug



B.) Will possession of the Colorado River Toad be illegal now? lol



C.) Wasn't this probably an analog substance anyways?

Yes, there are a few psychoactive compounds in the toad venom. I can't think of them off of the top of my head or have time to look it up right now. I think one of them is Bufotenin (5-HO-DMT).

 

it's predominately 5-ho-dmt [which is why they're called "bufo toads"], though i've read that the venom also contains 5-meo-dmt, as well as trace amounts of n,n dmt.

...though i could be mixing it up with yopo seeds...because i know that's exactly what's in them...sry...benzos...

 

this will mean.....absolutely nothing for availability. Plus just throw a lys on it and make lys-5-meo-dmt which will make it an analog again, and not effect the dosage or time duration in any significant way. Fedz is slooow.

Although every RC that's scheduled is a loss, maybe vendors will start stocking other RC's in order to compensate for the money they used to make selling 5-MeO. I wouldn't mind seeing something more obscure being offered.

 

Yeah, vendors will probably be making more money off of it due to it being scheduled. Get it while you can or synth it. Probably would be the way to go IMO.

 

Technically, wouldn't it be prosecuted under the analogue act?! Since they could prove it has psychedelic properties and could be used to replace another drug for human consumption without a license.

I doubt it will stop us trippers from trippin, thats for sure
