So like I said iv had my dreads for a year but when will I notice significant growth? Thanks in advance
When you stop looking for growth. Seriously it's true. I was well bummed by the length I'd lost after a year... I got fed up and let my hair be now at nearly twenty months they've grown a lot.
Haha well that makes sense I'll try that everyone just tells me that they don't look like there growing but I guess looking like and actually growing are two diff things lol
Well for a while mine were growing fatter not longer so yours could be doing the same. I think it's only been since I trimmed em about 4 months ago that I noticed them growing. You could have really damaged hair which could be preventing any growth. I'd say give it another four or five months and if you don't notice anything give them a tiny trim to get rid of the damaged ends.
mine seem to be growing really fast, i started off with like 2 inch sideshow bob knobs and now, around 26 months later, if i push my head back they almost reach my bum but generally, if they aint gaining length, theyre growing tighter, thats a good thing : ) on second thought maybe not really fast...but in real life it seems theyve grown like 5 times longer 1 month vs 24 months
