There's a table top game called Warhammer 40k, and in it there are a race of Orks who are actually space fungus.

Maybe the toadstools you see sitting around are in actuality the recon scouts for a full on ork invasion from space.

they do not come from other planets.

I thik some people are taking the question to literally. i highly doubt he was SERIOUSLY questioning mushrooms being from another planet.
