American network and cable TV news in perspective

    Not much different than any other day, I imagine. I lived in the UK where they were considerably better about reporting world news. This depresses but doesn't surprise me.

    Not surprising to me, either. The times I've visited Europe I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of international news coverage, and immediated missed it when I got back to the US.
