Yay, Hoegaarden is great indeed! It's a wheat beer which is not my favourite kind but a lot of them are pretty tasty nevertheless. I'm not an expert on it by the way, but Hoegaarden is from around here just like lots of other wheat beers so I drink them every now and then :cheers2:
I use to be all about the alcohol... now im more of a beer guy... Hoegaarden is good.. i also like St. Pauli Girl and Grolsch...and the always good and trusty PBR
Yes, it doesn't get much better then Grolsch in my opinion. Not a special beer but the perfect one for guzzling all night long. Just like Heineken (I have the feeling the exported beer does not taste as good, but it's like the dutch Budweiser so I drink it all the time) and Hertog Jan for example. Yep, those three are my favs.
Grolsch over Heineken forsure but like you said there might be a taste difference in the exported beers. Grolsch is just so much more crisp and refreshing

I like beer, more specifically IPAs, Pale Ales, and Russian Imperial Stouts. Liquor is a distant 2nd, with my favorites being Ron Anejo Anniversario Pampero Spiced Rum. Beats the shit out of Captain Morgans, CC.

Joker, you can always be counted on for having one of the best tastes in the SL. My dad actually bought some Hoegaarden last night. I had 2 of them before dinner and then went out with my brother. I came back home around midnight to find the fridge devoid of Hoegaarden. PBR is truly the beer of beers. I got a keg of PBR a few weeks ago for $60 and it's just the most affordable way to get a lot of your friends drunk without having to stoop to some shit like Busch or Coors. I typically don't even bother drinking all those popular low end beers like Busch, Coors, Miller Lite, Bud Lite, Natty Light, Keystone etc. They just all taste like ass to me. Anyone within a few hundred miles of Atlanta should be able to find Sweetwater beers which are absolutely amazing. They have way too many good beers to list but 420 is delicious. When beers from microbrewers aren't available I typically stick with the Blue Moon or sometimes Yuengling. I use to be a clear liquor person but I just can't drink it anymore. I've had my fair share of vodka and anything lower than Smirnoff isn't worth drinking. Aristocrat (Aristoshit) and Burnettes are all abominations to good vodkas. If Grey Goose, Belvedere or UV are available then I'll consider making a drink. Captain Morgan is almost too good to drink to get drunk. Captain and Coke is what I drink a majority of the time but if I spend the money for the Private Stock then it'll be on the rocks. I've also developed a taste for Jack and Crown Royal. Jack is perfect for getting drunk as fuck with your friends while Crown in just some classy shit. (Crown is also the only reason I like Canadia.)
I love all alcohol. I usually drink vodka, rum or beer, though. And I do love me some Beefeater gin every once in awhile!

Just found a 6 pack of Stone Ruination IPA in my pantry, I'm stoked. I forgot I put them in there, I might have a few tonight. PBR sucks.
I don't like chasers. They fill my stomach up way to much. That's why I like my good ol' mix drinks. With only a splash of coke just for the flavour.
Cider, most kinds.. Kopparberg if I'm splashing out, White Star or Blackout if I'm running out of money (equivalent of $3 for a 2-litre, good stuff)..
