I normally take pain meds for something, but decided I didn't want to anymore. I took my brother's suboxone for about 8-10 days and am now really in pain (as I have been, but sometimes the pain is worse and at the moment it's fucking unbearable.) So, I was wondering how long I would have to wait to take one of my opiates. The last time I took suboxone was at 10 o clock last night. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.
i think maybe 24hrs? till it would be effectfull.just a guess though.be careful w/ sub though,i was on in before and it was just as, if not more addicting than pain meds.
it also depends on how much suboxone youre taking. if youre taking 4-8mg itll probably be a solid 36 hours before you will get anything worthwhile out of your opiates. My rule of thumb was if im taking 2mg, i can get high around 24 hours later. still not a full high but pretty good
