So basically so far, what I've learned from it, is it's the whole thing just to let go.

    Dont try.

    Just be.

LIke breath, and dont get stressed when thoughts come, just kinda watch em go by, cause thoughts are natural they just come, you gotta be patient, just be and let em go by, dont attach yourself to em, just let em go on down the line i guess.

the whole problem with not getting meditating to work, is tryin to make it work.

just sit back, breathe and let your mind chill out and just be in the moment.

thats what i've learned, so it might help someone out who is a beginner like me.

wel well, peace out, hope i helped a bit.

    I agree

It's good thing to be able to let go. What I find amusing is that some people think that meditation is difficult, but really? It is a natural experience. Whether you want it or not, you ARE meditating! Breath? We do that 24 hours a day, you might as well be thankful for it. Every movement of life is ''meditatable''...

You are always meditating, it's just a matter of knowing it, of loving it.
