What's your favorite thing to do when you're camping?

I also enjoy sitting around the fire at night: drinking, relaxing, and conversing. Seems like the older me and my friends get, the more hectic our lives get, and the less time we get to just chill out. It makes these camping trips mean more to us all.

 

I love to take in the beauty of the place. Long walks and a nude dip in a stream or lake is great. I also love to play my guitar, practice yoga or meditation, smoke some weed, trip, make love, and simply get back to nature.

 

Taking long walks, drumming around the fire, showering outside, swimming, having great conversations, watching the sun set, kayacking, listening to the bugs and animals etc

do you take any electronic gadgets with you? I only take a digital camera with me. That's all. I usually leave even the cell phone at home.

Cooking breakfast, exploring nature, chilling out by the fire

 

Yeah man, exploring the woods, following a creek, finding wild critters, look for wild edible plants or berries, Sassafras roots or Black Birch twigs to make tea, making something using nature, meeting other nature folks, playing guitar, fireside gatherings, making love in the tent or under the stars in some private place, going down the rapids in the inflatable kayak, watching the sun go down or up, stargazing, mediate on top a mountain, getting the fire going on a crisp morning and having a warm drink ready for my friends... and much more.

One of the reasons I love camping is the feeling I get when I solve a problem creatively.

 

I like getting dirty, not like gross. I like climbing steep hills and having to use my hands to go up! I love going barefoot!

I like moss! the big thick chunks of moss! I love to play I'm such a child! I always move stuff and dig and play!

Smoking a lot of weed, drinking some beer, going on hikes, and driving up mountain roads to discover new places.

 

I like to go exploring, I like to take topo maps and a compass to find my way around. Smoking weed is also a favorite pass time. Sex is always better out in the wild too.

 

smoking, drinking whiskey, playing music for hours around the campfire, getting all sauced up and exploring, yoga in the morning after i wake up all stiff from sleeping on rocks and tree roots, walking barefoot through the woods in the summertime, enjoying the company of my crazy ass friends, getting to a campsite after dark and staying up all night to find out what it looks like when the sun rises, falling asleep around the campfire, examining the interesting shapes of all kind of different trees...i love everything about camping

 

hmm... well i like to hike alot when i camp. i enjoy making a massive fire. i like to go out into the woods and build things out of fallen branches. at night i usually just sit around the fire eating food, drinking, and telling stories with my friends.

 

Gathering wood, cooking, fellowship with good people, drinking (beer/wine) fishing, hiking, Coffee in the morning
