so im sorry if its not in the right spot. but yeah anyways. sometimes i get the shakes. and its not just little shakes, i like violently shake. and then i start to have troubles breathing so im like hyperventilating & shaking and i start to cry. and its all just kinda scary ahha. and it comes at random times. and while its happening i cant seem to think of anything. my mind just kinda goes blank. but im scared to tell my parents or anyone. im thinking they're panic attacks or something? if you know, or have an idea, pleaaase tell me!
thats what im thinking. i sometimes will have them 5 nights in a row. but then i can go a month without having any. they're sparatic and random. & the only reason im deciding to try to do anything about it now is cuz i had one in school. i had to dismiss myself and have my little freak-out session in the bathroom.
damn dude, can you think of anything that might have initated it? i hadnt had one in a long time, but ive had two VERY VERY minor anxiety attacks since school has started...its been weird, and i can't explain it....it has to be anxiety over my work though, cuz it is usually whele i am studying, and i think its my sub-conscious coming out enough abuot me though, do you know what started it, or set it off?
hm, it started in last january-ish? and idk! ive been trying to think of something significant that happened that would cause them, but im dumbfounded. they're starting to piss me off more than anything haha. i was with my boyfriend one time when it happened and he was freaking out thinking i was having a seizure.
weird, idk perhaps you should tell a doctor? i was on anxiety meds for awhile, but honestly fuck them but perhaps goin to the doctor would give you some answers
first of all, yes you have posted in the right spot, though there are a few others where you could have posted the same thread also. Onto the actual topic, having had both generalised anxiety and panic attacks, i don't think you sound like youre having panic attacks, unless there is a mental fear associated with the physical reactions. All i known is that when an ex of mine use to feel really stressed emotionally she would feel light headed and faint sometimes, so perhaps you are having some sort of physical reation to stress? no idea really, im not an expert.
