I myself have come a very long long way, mentally i was stuck in a cave with no light and now ive broke free, ive been down for so long that i never appreciated life as i am now between having SA and being Gay things could have been a wee bit easier for me, but like most in here i guess its something that we can all relate to, now that ive been enlightened, its the best word i can use, i feel like ive so much catching up to do but at the same time im taking things in my stride Im heading to college soon to study sound engineering and music tech, ive been looking forward to this for a long time i cant wait, fun times So whats your story?
I hope to be still catching up till I fall over dead...which I try to avoid for the most part (the dead thing). Things are interesting here in my mid sixties. I've done a whole lot of stuff thats been fun and foolish...worked a professional career to retirement...retired and then got a better job....thats been good. I've raised 7 sons, the youngest being 16, the oldest damn near 50. Got a shit load of grandkids. That whole bit of maddness has been a real trip. Got a funky old house in the country and 40+ acres to play on. Got old cars and tractors, gardens and flowers and a nearby friend/fuckbuddy. Lived in the Amazon Rainforest and frequently return there...think I met God there but it coulda just been a big-assed old swamp frog. But all that is just stuff. I suppose the best thing is I've about half-assed figured out who I am and found some peace with that. I keep stumbling across the spirtual fun of living on a pretty nice old planet. I enjoy most of the humans and other animals in my life. All in all, it's a pretty good life. And thanks for the question, it helps to take stock once in a while.
Its a viscous circle, I try spend 1/3 of it unconscious so that I feel better for the next 1/3at work, why I enjoy and helps me pay for the next 1/3 (me time) where I run around try fit as much in and expend as much energy so that I fully appreciate that first 1/3 (the unconscious bit, asleep if you havent worked out what I'm talking about) The only really annoying part comes from all these people that for some reason feel the need to advise me on how I should live my life
Ditto, that really ticks me off also. Mainly 'cos many of those who like to share such information, often are totally inept themselves. My life is a little crappy at the moment. Aside from being a student, which I enjoy, I have no job due to shitty economic difficulties. Otherwise I do feel like things will be pushing forward soon, in regards to my extra circular life. Relationship-wise, I was until recently fine. Now I am single, yet feel at least liberated and ready to tackle another year. Not the sort of person to often dwell, so I know things will come full circle, and eventually re-open this thread months later just to share something new
well im not gay but i do enjoy telling other people things about myself in an anonymous fashion just waiting, hoping, that things will get better, what you want me to bomb city buildings and stuff? fuck that im not god i cant judge others
