I doubt it. DMT is already Schedule I, wheras Salvia is a drug still in the process of being illegalized. Most of the hype over DMT has probably already passed and most of the people who crimilized it have probably already forget about it. anyway, DMT containing plants are still legal to grow and cultivate as long as they're not being prepared for human consumption. Plus there are over like 1,000 species of plants that contain DMT.
They will never be able to make DMT-containing plants illegal. I see phalaris grass EVERYWHERE here. Like seriously, the most common grass I see is Phalaris. Fun side note - damn near everybody here has either datura or morning glories in their yard, too. Neat.
You're right, as long as their not being prepared for human consumption. Most humans are just too lazy to prepare an ayahuasca brew let alone extract dmt from the plant. Your average joe's just too stupid to know how to properly extract dmt.
You see phalaris grow everywhere? Nice,lol...just reminds me how the dea won't illegalize opium poppies since they're so widely available. I mean, yea you'll get fucked over if they see 200 incised poppies in your back yard, but other than that, your ok.
