Okay, so I could use some help analyzing this dream if anyone could please do that I would appreciate it.

So my bofyriend dreamed that I was drowning, and by the time he got there I was dead. He said after that he had dinner with my family and my mom was crying and drawing a picture of me. He woke up crying and really upset.

As far as our relationship goes we're actually doing really well. I'm having some problems right now though, and going through some major changes in my life and with my family. Do you think that could be it?

Maybe he feels like your slipping away.

The original dream is his - not yours - and so is the meaning of the dream.

Now, even as you brought the dream here into the forum, it blends with feelings of your own - not his - and a need for your own answers.

So all I want to say is, it doesn't make real sense to go into a dream that is not posted by the original dreamer in their own words and in the context of their own question ... everything else would be just assumptions.

Maybe it helps to try and untie those strings that seem knotted, and release the fears, and tap into your own dreaming power - like, dream with the dream you want to know what it is about.

    I hope this makes sense.

Water generally refers to pressing emotional issues that havent been addressed.

I dont know why you would find his dream disturbing, as its only a dream.

    I've had more disturbing dreams...

If it really upsets him, encourage him to look into lucid dreaming.
