America's interloper

    This was formerly titled American Interloper, but I had to change it to America's Interloper to make it more accurate. It's about no one in particular:

    You came into this country as a young boy
    From lands afar
    You rose as swiftly as your rhetoric soared
    Dazzling one and all with your accomplishments, both real and imagined

    Great changes await us while you comfort us with your dulcet tones
    Parties of tea; oh, the gayest of times

    You are an interloper in our country
    America's interloper
    Some hope to change what it is you have offered
    As scribes and sycophants congress all around you

    You are...America's interloper
