some one turned them in to CPS because of their choice of life style...festivals & gatherings, ect. CPS is trying to force them to stop all that and stay in one place.

 

Hey I been through that to, they tried to keep my kids because of my "gypsy lifestyle" and there wasn't enough stability for the kids They took them and tried to keep them Then I hired a lawyer and he went to court with me they haven't bothered me since

chattel property.This gives government jurisdiction over us. To take our kids and imprison us as flesh and blood human beingshe freeman movement is gaining in the u.s.

Which basically means they throw money at the problem and it goes away. Truth, justice, and the Amerikan Way at it's best people!! And since when does a gov't agency become the final arbiter of what consitutes an acceptable lifestyle?? iggy:

i've read of instances wherein Wiccans parents were deprived of their children by the CPS simply for being Wiccan. apparently all it take is for a neighbor to accuse you of "devil worship" and the CPS can come and take your children away from you.

 

Unless CPS has a WARRENT signed by a judge they cannot TAKE your kids. You do not have to surrender them and are FREE to protect your children from kidnappers with deadly force if nesscessary. If they come with LEOs they had best be armed with a warrent. If CPS has your kids and they did not have a warrent of surrender you can simply walk in a take you kids home.

They are bullies and will try to intimidate you into turning your children over without a struggle. But they have no jurisdiction over them without said warrent. There has to be an investigation before a warrent is issued. If the investigation shows good cause then a warrent will be issued.

If a child is removed from the home without the parents consent and there has been no judgement made and no warrent issued, then your child has been kidnapped and you can sue CPS.

Without an investigation what ever is said is conciderd hearsay and not addmissable in a court of law. You also have the right to face your accusser, as it is your word against theirs.

You do not have to have your kids in a public school, you can homeschool and it is perfectly legal if you follow a state approved curiculem (s)

If you are arrested for drugs your kids will be removed from the home, If your pregnant and test hot for MJ/drugs at your prenatal care, they Will take the baby at birth and place them in foster care.

It is not written anywhere that you have to have indoor plumbing before you can have children. Ppl have to Stand the Fuckup and not cower down before this swine. Educate yourselves, find out the law and the truth.

If your child is clean, healthy, fed, has shelter and has an education system and is not abused there is NO grounds to support the issue of a warrent. Without the warrent they can not take your kids legaly.. dig it!!

PS Your religion does not inter into it unless the child is being abused and deprived of the forementioned. The constitution says your have the freedom of religion and Wiccan is a religion.
