In Tunisia there is no Soja no Tofu and no seaweeds!
But I want to be a veggie! No diary produts,no meat only some eggs (we have a lot of chickens and they are living in free air and we very well take care of them) but I don't know how I can do it without the three ingredients above.
    Can anyone help??

You can be a vegetarian without those three food items. However, you must watch the rest of your diet to make sure you get enough nutrition. Nuts, pulses, and seeds are all very important sources of protein. Make sure you also eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, and grains as well.
I'm a vegetarian and my intake of soy and tofu is pretty minimal. I've been perfectly healthy despite this.
    Good luck! :)

Generally, what you need to worry about is protein and Vitamin B12. If you continue to eat eggs, that will help a lot.

I probably will continue eating eggs until I feel ready to move to a vegan diet.

I would say that if u eat beans, nuts, eggs, rice and whatever fruits & veggies u can...then u can be a vegetarian

Just don't get tempted with all the pre-packaged stuff, because u never know whats in them.
