I gotta lose some weight

    or get toned up. what ever you wanna call it. Im 114. but i have meaty part on the lower part of my stomach. it really sucks cause its sooo hard to get that part to shape up, its where all the booze and food settles :p

    what are some work out manures i can do that concentrates on that part?

    OH Stacy baby, there really is no such thing as " spot reduction".
    If you work out just that part of your body, chances are the extra muscle development there will just make it look bigger.
    If you're gonna workout, find a way to work your entire body and cardio doing something fun, like sports or swimming and what not.

    Besides, I'm betting you really just have a sexy little "ponce" that is part of the natural beauty of many womens bodys. :cool:

    Jogging and swimming, along with crunches. I'm on the same boat as you, a little extra.

    i love running and swimming. I usually go to the gym in the winter. but the food intake with me, Im a girl that likes to eat, i gotta stop that too

    we can work out together ;)

    its not what you eat, its when you eat it. that, swimming and tai-chi, your set for life.

    crunches.. there are so many types of crunches that target different areas of the stomach... if you googled lower abdominal crunches.. im sure you would find an exercise
