I checked out these forums and they seem pretty cool. I dont know much about weed I took a couple hits a party once and liked it obviously. I got a few questions about growing: 1 Where can I get seeds? Ordering isnt an option in my case 2 Why does it matter if the plant is male or female? Which is prefered to smoke and why? Buds are more potent than leaves right? 3 I live in the desert but Im growing indoors, do I need to check humidity and temperature? 4 Any tips are great
1. use hempdepot.ca 2. males polinate females and the females start developing seeds instead of more thc. leaves aren't even worth doing anything to unless there are crystals all over them. 3. idk 4. go hydro, way bigger yields and it honestly isn't that much harder to understand
i would start off with buying a clone, there usually between 10-30$ female plants produce bigger buds the hotter the climate the more resin heads (they produce thc) will grow don't start pruning and crap before you completely understand how to do it....; don't wanna go killin your crops, y'know
Buy some books and read up. If you really want to start growing, the best experience is firsthand with a couple of plants, and once you get a better feel for everything, then put some money into a good set-up.
In my opinion you cant grow good weed without good seed. Invest in good seed genetics. There is no point putting a lot of time/effort/money into trying to grow crappy little brown bagseeds. If they do miraculously germinate and a plant grows the chances of it being big, healthy, female and producing lots of potent bud are slim to non existant.....hence a lot of time wasted. The best set up in the world will not grow the nut i bust into a great oak tree...the genetics of the seed are all important. If possible always get female seeds....it will save u time/space and therefore money in the long run. Before u start read some books!
just buy marijuana.. if you have to ask all them questions then youre not ready to grow.. Stick with growing mold on old food in the fridge.. srsly..
What i cant understand is why peeps make negative posts like the one above ...i wolud of thought the whole point of coming to a forum like this was to share information with like-minded people. Do people just do this to build up a post count? I suppose what im saying.....if peeps dont have the intelligence to make a positive...or even just a constructive comment, then wht bother post at all???

Basicly he was saying based on your origional post it shows that you have put zero effort into finding out how to grow marijuana. Go read up or go buy it.
Exactly. He took a couple hits at a party and decided on a whim he wanted to grow. That's cool and all, but he probably should put some effort into reading at least the basics about the plant, and then come back with some better questions. It's going to take some effort to grow, and if you aren't putting forth the effort to find out the basic info on it, then you won't do well growing. Asking whether you smoke a female or male plant? Asking if the leaves or buds are more potent? This is all basic information which is already available on the site.
Yea, I find YouTube to have a plethora of wonder and informative information.. I decided I wanted to grow 3months ago I started reading up and talking to people.. Basically you have to know some pretty simple stuff it's not rocket science but you do have to put some thought and effort fourth... In the early stages my friend google is your best friend!
My point is....if I see a retard floundering on the ground, it dont run over and kick the shit out of him. however , just in case he is a major danger its easier to walk on by and let him flounder. Negativity just breeds more negativity....just seems senseless to me.
