Ya, for a place like Wichita, I'd imagine it could get pretty hard. I live in the 2nd most populous state, in the 4th most populous city in the country, so I have quite the advantage.

It's because the powers that be decided that those people need a supply. I don't have a good hookup for it now either. It comes along once in a while, though.
even small local festivals have it around you don't have to go to huge ones like bonaroo to find it good luck
