Why is a fever of 105 fatal?

Can anyone answer me this? I can't find it on google and its my last question for homework. I need the scientific reason though, I know that the organs fry, but how?

Better than nothing, but I'm just gonna go with my instinct and say that the heat from the body heats the water in your body too high, which causes the brain fry.

 

high temperature causes proteins to denature or unfold and become non functional
that's my educated guess
