If a woman has very tiny veins that even the doctors can barely find and is unable to donate plasma because of their size, what is the best way to pull them out so they are visible enough to safely use a needle?
Fill the sink or partially fiil the bath with water as hot as you can handle, and submerge hand arm / leg or foot, it will help rise them but some people just have realy small veins. Try 0.5 syringe, if its hard to do it now, it will only get harder as time goes on .. unless willing to use main vein in the groin, which i dont advise at all.
just a question from one UK dweller to another in a forum populated by americans and canadians mostly! did live in cardiff, moved to london (very) recently...
Ah rite no worries man, even though ive no intrest in pursuing brown anymore .. i did notice on another thread you were able to obtain good clean H, to be honest the gear round here around the time i quit was very hit and miss .. sometimes when it would be classed as dynamite " By some " even i knew it was only very mediocre .. Even only around 7 yrs ago round here it was real dynamite, but now its not worth bothering with imo, but thats far from the reason why i stopped ..
Hydration is key in pumping up those veins. When you drink plenty of water your blood volume and pressure increase causing veins to become more visible and a little more rigid. You can also try the light behind the hand trick. Turn off the lights, hold a flashlight to your palm and find those veins. Mark them, turn the lights on and try to hit your mark. Use a small 24 gauge needle or an insulin needle. If that doesnt work shoot it IM. But your veins will get smaller and smaller if you are constantly slammin.
