For those hwo have a little time on their hands to create an awesome sandwich -Boil a diced potato (a small one will do two sandwiches) for 5 minutes. -Chop some onions and mushrooms. -Sauté the potatoes, with the onions and mushrooms. -Add a little garlic salt (or seprately ^^) to taste -Add some cyanne pepper, chillie flakes and tomato paste -Fry till everything is golden brown and looks yummy -Stick it in a sandwich with vegan butter!! NOM!! I make it if I wake up late, so I have one for 'lunch' and one for a 3pm snack
