My wife is a very earthy woman. We have been married for 7 months, but have known each other for about 5 years. Her manor of dress is very brown. Berk's on her feet and never anything else. She rarely wears make-up. I love her for herself. However, how can I approach the subject of things like nightgowns, corrsets, teddy's and super sexy kinds of things? Again, I love my wife, but would not mind getting her to be more outwardly sexy (in private). I understand it is a vanity thing, but I don't think that adding a little sexy nightwear is wrong. thoughts and suggestions?
Why not just ask? Or, discreetly slip the question in after a nice casual kiss, like before the two of you part ways in the morning or before bed? I don't see a problem with directly asking her to wear something sexy for you or for herself as well. If you're nervous, why not write a cute note to her about it?
Maybe you should just try buying her a gift of such. Tell her if she doesnt like it it can be returned. If she likes it then youve opened a new door...
I have been thinking about this a lot lately. I really do just need to sit down with her and talk to her. I am just not used to being married yet, I guess... Strange since my first married lasted 16 years.
I would suggest starting out slowly. Instead of going straight for the corsets and stockings, find something a little more modest. I would suggest full length silk nightgowns, or pajamas for your earthy woman. The feeling of the fabric on her skin should help her feel sexier, but be within her comfort zone. Work your way towards smaller bits of clothing....it will be worth the wait. Don't forget, sometimes it's what you don't see that is a turn on....like a long silk gown clinging to her body, outlining every curve. That's sexy!
