my brother is 19, a freshman in college
my friend, 25, is still around that area and bought my brother and his friends beer. i got a call from my friend like a week later saying that my brother called him about the state police. my brother had to go talk to them that night. we thought it had to do with getting drunk somehow, maybe that my friend was gonna get in trouble for buying them beer - but my bro wouldn't narc anyways....But IT TURNS OUT

my brother had sex with an 18 year old girl that night. a few days later she told the cops that he raped her.
Now just to be clear, when i first heard this, i was 99.9% sure that my brother would never do that, and now i'm 100% sure. the cops didn't believe the girl. they believed my brother, his friend and our cousin (2 other people that were there all night, and witnessed her throwing herself at him, taking her own cloths off, walking to get a condom)


so i guess there aren't gonna be any criminal charges, but she could continue with a civil suit.
i guess she was raped as a child and now gets freaked out after sex..

and another good thing is that she doesn't go to his school. so hopefully he won't get labeled as a rapist after only being in college for a couple weeks

anyways We get my Gf back to her home when the cops come to the house, since my brother already had many domestic violence cases against him he ran... but they filed unlawful restraint on me which was dropped prelim my Gf knew I didnt have nothing to do with it And my brother was crazy. my brother was charged with rape, unlawful restraint, simple assault, as my Gf didnt pursue the case with the DA the warrant
I still had a relationship with my GF til 98..
a few yrs passed my brother began to use my name for various things, and couldnt possible be the person..

I go to court in 2000 to try and get my brothers cases on my name fixed. Without a lawyer(dumb), I was ambushed by the Sheriffs and a crooked judge. While they tried to detain me and place me under arrest I flipped the fuck out busting the jaw on one sheriff, dislocating the shoulder on another.. Since I was not the person they was looking for, they were in the wrong.. They finally got me hog tied but under estimated my power lol. While in a elevator I used my legs against the door and smash the face of a 3rd sheriff with the back of my head, when the 4th tried to pepper spray me inside a elevator. using my hands on the belt of the sheriff behind me I kneed the 4th in the face. the door opened and we flew down a flight of stairs together..
This mistaken identity thing was going to far when lawyer in the bullpen seen what was going on and it was being recorded on video tape..
btw none this made news papers..

I was detained for about 9hr when they finally figured out they had the wrong person.. While they dropped all the charges on me it didnt happen over night.. I went to court over a year later. The DA claimed I was a well trained soldier in the army, combat expert in martial arts blah blah and was trying to hold the charges up when the judge LULZ .. and thought the DA had lost his mind since the sheriffs started the rumpus with the other dumb judges orders..I would have never been there. still cost me $10,ooo.oo in legal fees..

my brother never faced the courts for various crimes and was killed on the road in a car accident while I was in Afghanistan in 2002..

after a few expungement hearings the truth has still not come out, since my brother was paying off the judges mother *that owed a bar that he drank at* to hide records and things ..
the judges mother died the same week as one my hearings..
Aswell is my brother is dead..

..I suppose well never know..
But too,, They seem to just leave it be and leave me alone...

That's kinda what I was thinking, if it's a legit mental issue that she has then maybe some slack should be cut on her and professional help should be seeked.
