I've really grown to hate the way our society has embraced alcohol, tobacco and caffeine as somehow "legitimate" but psychedelics are so thoroughly demonized, despite being, imo, far less dangerous to both the individual AND society. I guess capitalism is to blame really. The easy to acquire chemicals are all highly addictive, and therefore highly profitable. I don't think you could get rich off a constant supply of psychedelics AND it'd probably be a threat to existing, profitable drug markets so.. there you have it.
