10mg 4-AcO-DMT and MaxAlt comeup feels like light Salvia.

And Salvia seems to help against pain and maybe migraines as well...

I feel like I took a few grains of extract but a little better

I think I'll smoke some Salvia after 2 hours after I took the 4-AcO-DMT if I still have pain and see how that works out.

I'm about to take a promethazine, I wonder how that will affect everything. Maybe I'll get tired and go back to bed.

 

Omg, the pain is so bad, I think I'm going to take a Vicodin after I eat, that will be potentiated by the promethazine... It's times like these I wish I had some K to take the pain away...

I believe John C Lily treated his migraine pain successfully with that.

Damn this pain is so bad, MaxAlt doesn't do shit for pain...

I wonder, I should probably take 15-20mg next time, 4-AcO-DMT, that is, it's cured the vision problems along with the MaxAlt but the pain remains, I remember it helped some with pain but that was more in the body, not in the head, at least not this intensity. Perhaps it will work better later.

 

10mg is a small dose of 4 aco. Bet that will be quite interesting putting some salv on it!

The 4aco should work in a similar way as fungus does with migranes. Considering chem structure.

 

15-20 oral is still a low dose...but John lilly treated EVERYTHING with ketamine...haha

 

MaxAlt is a triptan migraine medication similar to Imitrex.

I think the 4-AcO does have a little pain effects; I actually just went back to sleep after the promethazine made me tired and the pain sort of went away (DMT being produced as I sleep maybe does that)
