Hello. Is there any games suitable for tripping? I am thinking to game on T-7 because many trip reports said that you actually start believing something very ridiculous (god, superman) so maybe our trip group would fall into game and become soldier and so on xD. I tried Counter Strike Source on 2C-i, but I fucking sucked and had no Idea what to do/or was very slow. But still wanna entertain me on PC sometimes, and movies just suck when on drugs, so yeah what games should I try? One I am going to try is Portal! That one from Steam. But it looks just so hard, the only interesting thing is textures from games are very simple. What about Garry's mod? It would be great on LAN party with tripping friends. What about strategic games? Like Supreme Commander? You can suggest non-PC games ie. football / hide and seek / etc...
I loose all sense of strategy and even how the controller works when I'm on most psychedelics. I tried to get a Wii working while I was on shrooms and even though I played it a few hours before with no problems I couldn't get it to work. Which makes me think psychedelics and gaming may be fun but don't expect a high score
It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with growing up, but more with to each their own indeed I don't game or watch movies much while tripping either, but if you already really like those things it can be fun to try it sometime for sure.
Don't waste psychedelics on games or TV... I think doing absolutely anything else is better than that two... All psychedelics I have met are against games and TV.........
Hey. I am not geek, and do not spend live on games. Sometimes is just nice sitting in front of something complex. I hate TV or movies on psyches because I just can't follow them and they just look plastic and downright stupid. Don't call me geeky because I am not. Al through I do program, I still don't spend time on useless stuff (ok, maybe we set mini LAN with friends every 2 or 3 months, but that is all. I use PC for msn/web/mail/school. I just kinda want to dissociate / think that I am game character/commander/soldier whatever you call it.
I think my favorite game to play while tripping is frisbee. It's awesome trying to chase down a frisbee with tracers that seem a half-mile long coming off of it. Also, I think that a 3-legged race while tripping would be awesome.
Hmm 3-legged race, never heard of it... What about motorcycle race, we have motorcycles at home? Hehe just kidding, don't wanna blood coming in middle of trip ^^ Frisbee is not so bad suggestion. What about football?
Most psychedelic game I've ever seen... Very simple gameplay, it's I believe the Half-Life 2 engine, same as Portal, and it's a melee combat first person shooter, trippy. I think it'd involve too much concentration/coordination... but that "Party" level where you learn levitation is really, really trippy. I loved it.
Don't just comment with your stypid opinion like that just because someone asks a question.. on psychedelics it might not always be the best idea to go and interact with other people (unless they were doing it with you) and going outside is a sure way to cause paranoi and anxiety.. SURE for those that live near woods and great fields where they can 'become one with nature' that might be an amazing idea.. but not everybody does, and going outside could cause a host of problems from seeing police and worrying about your eyes or seeing groups of people and becoming paranoid.. if you can get to a suitable place sure, but that's not always possible Besides with video games has as been said you feel like you're a part of it whilst tripping which is pretty cool.. if you want to soialise come on, you must know, psycadelics aren;t for that, just drink some alcohopl for them nights
