Hi, I live in California, you know, the state that is going broke, only this state is intelligent enough to go broke more efficiently. I'm a nudist, love being nude, but know the difference between nudity and sex. My family enjoys being nude at home and at nudist resorts, as well as at nude beaches. Yes, we do dress for work, school, shopping, vacations that are where people are clothed, such as at national parks, tours of others states, etc. We like a life of many opportunities for the whole family. Nudity is at the center of our life, but is not the circumference of it. We value being close knit, unashamed of our bodies, and its functions. We have our meals in the nude, family meeting in the nude, and the usual everyday things, all in the buff. The kids are wonderfully adapted to seeing each other, and fully understand body parts and their function. We teach our children to love, share, care, and be there for everyone else if someone has a problem. Perhaps we are idealists, but so far, we have had a good measure of bliss and contentment in being a caring family. It takes a lot of work to stay that way, but the efforts have paid off. We have days of dress, so our kids' friends can come over to visit, or when relatives visit us, too. We will not make anyone uncomfortable with our lifestyle. We are also thankful for our ability to teach our children that taking showers or baths do not require privacy. It's done with complete comfort for all. The only thing that we require the door closed for is doing #2. I may be giving more information that you wanted to hear. Sorry if that is the case.

Thank for your kind words, Goodbyebluesky. It's not always easy to be different from the norm, but everything people know, must be learned. I strive to be a good teacher to my family, and hope that this will help them in the long run. Heaven knows, I'm not perfect, and neither is my family, but we have learned good communications and respect for each other, and I have taught my kids that people are all vulnerable and easily hurt. They are and have been catching on to this point about being around people. I guess I operate off inspiration, and not so much doing things by rote. Now if I could only find my checkbook to pay some bills now. Haha.
