Just got done smoking a G of banana kush out of one of these. I'm not sure if i did it right so if your experienced with vapes plzz fill me in... I put a gram in it, put the lighter to the outside of the bulb, It started smoking inside, i removed the ighter, hit it, coughed REALLY REALLY hard for 5 min. then did it again. I'm super stoned but my throat is killing me. I thought these were supposed to be smoother and smokeless...
did you wash out the bulb enough? you should hold the lighter a little farther away so it just vaporizes, not combusts.
i rinsed it out with salt... thats what 'they' suggested. I did have the lighter right on the bulb and the weed is pretty burnt.
lol well then the answer is simple: you burned the weed. it's not necessarily a bad thing, but def not the point of the vape. i usually hold the flame on there for 30 seconds to ramp it up then 20-25 every time after you'll probably coughing a lot because it's a new sensation for your lungs. inhaling vapor feels a LOT different than inhaling smoking
