Have anyone here ever exiperced Biphobia besides me? I have had it from both gay and straight people which is really hypocrtical for gays to hate use. You biphobia gays go on and on about how your hated and discrenated agianist yet your attacking because we 'confused', yep its confusing for me to love both Men and Women. >_>
I've definitely noticed that a lot of straight and gay people seem to think that bisexuality is a form of denial concerning a person's sexuality. They seem to believe that everyone is really either heterosexual or homosexual. Personally, I think that's a load of crap and I believe that only a small percentage of people, deep down inside, are exclusively heterosexual or homosexual. Most serious research on the subject seems to support my view as well.
This really depends on the dominant attitude in your environment. I went to great lengths making sure that I stay within an environment where no one thought that they should have any business commenting about the other people's sexual proclivities. Basically, if someone breaks the news, everyone else says, "Oh, really? How cool? To each one his own.." KD
