Freedom in the US??? Are you aware that you may be arrested (and put on a public registry for the rest of your life and be required to report all your passwords & email addresses to the sheriff) if you have consensual sex with a minor (teens w/teens!),urinate in public, look at 'certain types of pictures' on the net too long (not even downloading them!),mooning or streaking? You will not be allowed to live or work within a 1000ft from a school, daycare center, church, park, any place 'children' congregate. The Library, university, attending church, ballgames are off limits. Just something to think about. Contact your legislators to change these crazy laws!
nooo. my brother got a public indecency for mooning this trashy bitch one time and he just had a fine.
That's pretty amazing in todays lock em up society! He is a very fortunate brother or knew someone who rigged the charge...
People having sex with minors are fully aware of the risk they take. And certain types of pictures, i.e. kiddy porn.
Sure it's stupid. But if you're aware of all this ahead of time, DON'T DO IT. I'll piss my pants before getting caught with my dick out in public after certain stories I've heard.
Pissing in public is a ticket for public urination, no more. unless you're doing it because you're drunk-- then it's public drunk. What's the point of this thread other that anti-Americanism? Are you free to pee on the sidewalk and screw kids where you're from?
Almost-- I'm in Hollywood now, smoking legal weed, with a film in development. Busy, Busy, Busy! http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=379547&f=26
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!! this is great! Advice for all living in the states: Don't fuck kids (aka minors) Dont look at child pornagrph & if you have kids keep them far away from Peaches54
this varies from state to state, In georgia it is entirely technically possible to get labeled as a sex offender for life for public nudity or public urination, it is at the judge's descretion so it would have to be one heck of an asshole as a judge but it is possible since the same laws against sex in public etc are mixed in with the public urination/nudity laws
every year UCSC students run around naked in the first rain... and police block campus roads for them. california is a special place :cheers2:
the freedom of the US is: you can pick your profession, and be who you want at home. the liberty concept that has misled so many is from the seperation from England and becoming capitalistic. so what. all countries come from somewhere. you can pick your profession because there's no point in organizing families and because it won't affect the rich anyway. and you can be who you want because it won't affect the rich either. and even being who you want has some law restrictions for the sake of safety. even though the open-minded seem to debunk "safety" in the name of freedom. Freedom just can't exist in this system.
You're wrong. We have a modicum of freedom that is lacked by nearly all the world-- FREEDOM OF SPEECH The most fundemental freedom of all.
I was going to say that it all depends on where you are - and also if you foolishly let them plea bargain. Stand up in court. Most of these ancient laws against public nudity (as in a secluded beach where you had a reasonable assumption of privacy - or were a woman who thought you had equality with males when you went top-free) are so overbroad that they do not stand up to constitutional guarantees. Here in Miami-Dade Florida we have a large, hugely popular nude beach because ppl took it to court and defined the existing state law that provided for 'a place set apart.' Of course in some backward bumpkin county in Florida ppl are still arrested for nudity and the pigs try to make it a sex crime and the scared folks cop to some lesser plea deal, which may still get them on a sex-offender registry for life. Simple nudity in Florida is a misdemeaner at best unless accompanied by some sex act. Which means taking a piss when you can't find a bathroom is not considered a sex crime. So, it depends where you are even in the same state.
out of the bunch of cases where someone has gotten arrested from talking smack on the president or our system especially during war time, i definitely wouldn't consider that freedom of speech. the repeated "freedom of speech" as one of those american mottos that dont quite make sense, is nothing really besides you can be the person you want to be when you're not in public. you can't yell fire in a public place, you cant wear terrorist attire in places, can't even wear a shirt in school with a pot leaf. that's what i mean by "you can be who you want at home" even then, you're freedom to vote what's on the ballot, or to be jewish, or to be gay, or to be an environmentalist, or to be a wrestler means absolutely nothing to the corporatocracy that is truly in charge of things. we're just like other countries besides the variable factor of how a country can form. americans just keep telling themselves these mottos of america while the business leaders/politicians rule, basically, claiming what they want because "they are a free people". and speaking of the ballot, nothing happens besides democrat and republican, and the differences between them are starting to mesh just too much. at least with the politicians. for example wouldnt someone unbiased assume No Child Left Behind was from a democrat? So your vote doesnt change anything, and the either winners are very similar. do you know the definition of fascism?
No one gets arrested for mocking the president of the system since WW2, otherwise nearly all comedians would be in jail.
When grocho marks was asked what the best thing for the US was, he said "shoot Richard Nixon" and was arrested. The case was thrown out by the Supreme Court. But in '89 I went through canadian customs and they took a copy of Pyschedelic Chemistry from me because it was illegal to read in canada. 'course they were too stupid to find the 1/2 lb of meth and 6 oz's of weed
