i took my normal 50 mgs of OTC DPH (benedryl) and 50mgs of hydroxyzne, i don't know if its bad to mix these two for sleep, but i'm getting HORRIBLE tremors all throughout my body, i'm honestly scared righ tnow, I have to keep stoping just to write this message.. it wont stop, my whole body is clinching up, then relaxing then repeating causing me to jerk everywhere, like shake bad, not horrible to where i may puke and choke but it hurts very badly, its the most uncomfortable feeling in the world. I don't know if mixing these two is anyti that bad, i'm hurtting bad... is there anything i can do to fight these tremors, what should i do? please.. please hurry? i'm fucking confused
if things get too bad is there someone who you would be able to contact quickly? like anyone else in the house who might be able to just sorta keep an eye on you and who could help if this got any worse? keep in mind that you took two antihistamines, and tremors are a side effect.
I think thats not a funny joke, and if its not a joke then y are you on a forum looking for advice instead of consulting a dr. If you really feel like your od'n go to the ER b4 its too late, and if you don't think your condition is bad enough to go to the er then you prolly haven't od'd, good luck keep us updated.
That souds like a strange effect to be having from taking those drugs. That should be safe, so i'm wondering, is there anything else that you are coming off of or have added in the mix?
FUCK, okay guys I'm good, I didn't really think I was dying but I really was worried.. I didn't know if any of that was 'strange', and it wasn't a joke... it was fucking painful, I had to keep clinching my teeth because when the tremors would come i'd nearly bite the bottom of my lip off or even possibly my tongue... Something odd, it felt like maybe it was a DPH OD, as in with all the wierd shit going on, I went to take a shower to calm my body down and I started hearing voices, then when I went to open the door it sounded as though some one ran through my house and slammed a door, nobody was up... and this didn't feel like imagination at ALL, it all sounded so real but I only had about 100mgs of antihistamines.. I've take 250mgs before and never got so scared like this in my life... Anyways, my whole body is sore from all the violent tremors/convulsions (possibly), there were times where I would drop to the floor just (in my opinion) trying to shake the tensity off.... I'm calling my doctor tomorrow, I think a great deal of stress and lack of sleep in the past year is contributing to this because I've had this before just not nearly so bad. I need some sleep. I'm 17 years of age but I really think I need something along the lines of lunesta or ambien, I just need to flat out SLEEP!
Good to see you made it, I remember one time I thought I was gonna die, I knew I hadn't od'd cuz I did less than half my usual dose, and if I hadn't heard about "cotton fever" I would have drove my unhappy ass to the ER, that was by far the worst 6 hrs of my entire life.
i hate benadryl makes me feel like im going to come out of my skin and impossible to sleep even though thats what it's commonly used for
