    Hi everyone,

I'm having a weird hand-ache and am debating about going to the doctor. I'm always there, we get tired of seeing eachother as it is. Anyway, my left hand from the fingertips down to about 1/2 way down my forearm is stiff, sore and havingn trouble holding items like glasses, or cutlery. This has happened before, usually with a change in the temperature, only this time it's really really hurting on top of it all. Do you think it's something I need to be concerned about? Could I have arthritis or rheumatism or something? More importantly, should I go to the doctor or just ride it out??

It sounds kinda like tendonitis or carpal tunnel... Have you tried wearing a brace? Try a brace, if it helps, then that is the likely culprit. If the brace doesn't help in a week, then go to the dr.
