Well Im a complete newb when it comes to LSD, Ive never taken it before but I am thinking about trying it for the first time and then taking it again at a music festival called the Big Day Out www.bigdayout.com for all of you who havnt heard of it before. Im going to the festival with my best mate who already has some experience with LSD and we have come to the conclusion that droppin some acid is the way to go. The festival is quite a long one so pretty much all other drugs will wear off and there will be quite a large amount of dogs around the place so it wouldnt be easy sneakin anything else in. My plan was going to be to try out taking a half a tab once or twice during the christmas holidays and the time leading up to the festival just to figure out how I handle the drug, Ive always been a pretty calm person whenever Im under the influence of something and Im not prone to getting paranoid. This is also my first time using psychedelics so Im thinking that its best if I get my shit together and really know what Im getting into and ease my way into it rather then diving straight in at a music festival surrounded my thousands of people. (dont worry, there is a point to all this) Im just wondering whether or not this is a good plan of action. Id also like to know whether or not any of you guys have done LSD in similar situations and if you would recomend it. Thanks for the help, all feedback is much appreciated!
I wouldn't recommend taking half a tab...Acid today ain't like it was in the 60's, it's a lot weaker. The festival sounds like good setting though.
If your getting L at a fest I wouldnt worry about quality. Thats what Family is for. Fests are one of the best places to trip IMO
sounds like a good plan. festivals are a great place to trip though i definitely recommend tripping at least once prior to the festival just so you have some idea about what to expect. In addition I agree with Mr. Peaches I would suggest eating 2 maybe 3 for your first dosage especially if you are certain you will be with people you trust and a safe environment. Half a hit today is unlikely to do much for you. Go big(ger), you won't regret it good luck
They never have drug dogs at events in the USA, I have only seen that done in Aus, but even so I wouldn't worry, plenty of stuff is still going to get in, and acid has no oder you could train a dog to find. It will probably take a few hits to equal what one hit of 60's cid would be, but I have also gotten cid where one hit was PLENTY, all depends on the chemist.
i dunno about this fest in aussie but the major fests in the states (bonnaroo, rothbury, 10 K, Vibes, All Good) id say over 60% are tripping.
festivals are a GREAT place to try lsd. try some first beforehand if you feel you need to but i think you might even have a more amazing time if you were to wait till the festival to try it if it is truly an open, friendly environment. Ive never been to a psychedelic music festival where there wasn't lsd on scene, i find its the most abundant at trance music festivals. do some liquid acid if you can find it
